Maintenance contracts keep your computer running with maximum efficiency. Think of a maintenance contact along the same lines as when you put your car in for a routine service - prevention is better than cure and that is why most problems and faults can be detected and rectified early before they have chance to become a more serious problem in the future.

With our maintenance contracts we will carry out any required work on site if required and where practical. Any work undertaken on a PC covered by a maintenance contract will also automatically receive a full health-check.

Servicing

A regular service of your computer and equipment will ensure that it is all running at peak efficiency and that there are no potential causes of failures. Our standard PC service covers the following items:

• Diagnostic check of all major hardware components

• Troubleshoot any existing concerns and problems

• Removal of case and cleaning of system interior, including fans

• Update your current anti-virus software where required

• System tidy - removal of unnecessary / temporary files

• Clean monitor, mouse and keyboard with anti-static solution

• Clean CD drive and floppy disk drive

• Analysis and recommendations on upgrades

• Scandisk and disk defragmenter run

* Anti-virus software not included

We recommend that the above service is carried out on a yearly basis, or six monthly intervals for computers located in an industrial or dusty/dirty environment.

Service Calls

We also perform service calls on behalf of other companies. Whether your clients are located outside of your immediate staff coverage area or you do not currently have enough staff available to meet your onsite work demand, our expert staff will visit your clients under your own business name but will treat them as if they are one of our own customers.
