Penguin are please to be able to offer a wide range of telecommunications services. These range from conventional domestic & office telephone systems up to PBX and the latest cutting edge VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) systems.

Telephones & Cabling

We can provide both conventional telephone points and extensions such as those found in a domestic or small business environment as well as providing dedicated CAT5 data cabling for larger office telecoms requirements. This can range from a single additional  telephone extension to an entire new installation for your building.

VoIP (Voice over IP)

Voice over IP is a relatively new, but already well established technology that makes use of both local area networks and the Internet as well to enable reduced cost or free calls between telephones.

This technology is especially cost effective for companies who have multiple offices in remote locations or even teleworkers as VoIP allows you to contact colleagues in a remote location via the Internet with a no-cost call service that is routed securely via the Internet.

Voice over IP also offers considerable savings on your call charges. Our current UK call charges are as follows:

* Peak time is from 8am to 6pm. All prices are in pence per minute and exclude VAT
